Belle on Beverly is a residential development envisioned by Cityview. Belle is a luxuriously laid-back, art deco inspired project, situated in Historic Filipinotown. The lush courtyard and twin roof decks blend urban living with the tropical roots of the neighborhood.

Create a visual identity that works in unity with the interiors and develop a strategy for marketing the property.

The Solution

The personality for the project is playful, with a modern take on art deco that is ever-fashionable. The underscored letters in the logotype give the identity a rhythm that harmonizes perfectly with the monolinear pattern. Across print and digital applications, Belle’s visual language is equal parts sophistication and whimsy.
