The Objective
Create a visual identity and marketing materials that distinguish Liv within a crowded luxury rental market and make it easier to attract the right leasing prospects.
The Solution
The letter forms in the logotype resemble the joints of a gallery frame, and the handwritten elements are inspired by artists’ signatures, intended to make each resident space at Liv feel authentic.
